I need a 8.3 metre long by 1.2 metre retaining wall built to replace a failing one between my property and the neighbo's property. The wall needs to be compliant with City of Joondalup requirements. Looking at poured concrete as an option due to site access challenges though limestone blocks or other suitable medium would be considered. The site access is limited for excavation machine to come through adjacent properties carport. Excavation is required so if you are able to do that all the better. Existing brick wall can be removed by owner, as well as vegetation etc. You must be licensed and qualified to do this work and fully insured. Working towards submission for building permit to shire so need quote and design first and then construction.
