New hinge needs to be put on kitchen cupboard

I need three things fixed in my kitchen: - put hinges back on but in new spots x 2 - I have the hinges already. - put my pantry door back on. Ideally I would like it to be hinged, rather than the sliding mechanism it was before. I don’t have the hinge though, you would need to supply that. I understand a special tool, a speed bore is needed for the new locations.

Removal of vinyl wrapping on approximately 11x cupboards, 4x drawers and front bench. Preparation with sanding, priming and 3 coats of paint (already supplied). 4x drawers and a few cupboards have already had vinyl removed as per photos.
