A need to seal a hole on the roof (metal section), replace a broken vent and install 2 ventilation fan. I have removed the screw where we had the leak from the inside and apply silicon but it should be fixed from above. This is on a two story house.

Metal post's need re-footing

Faulty chain track by the looks, blind keeps falling out of bracket when rolled up or down and seems stuck when in movememt. need a second opinion and possible replacement.

Installing kaboodle wardrobe in 3 rooms

I need a licensed electrician to install a new power supply in the roof of my main bedroom to properly connect a ceiling fan that was recently installed. At the moment, the ceiling fan and downlights are wired together – turning on the fan causes the lights to come on as well, but they flicker and cannot be operated independently. Need 3 roller blinds hanged in the window recess, there appears to be a metal plinth so will need a collet drill bit and a slim line drill as brackets are tight in the corners.
