We have a 6m x 3m Easy Shed that was mostly assembled but not completed, so this would be a rescue build. The doors still need to be put on. More importantly though, there are gaps between the floor and the wall on both the front and back (the wide lengths) since the concrete slab was not quite big enough. We need a row of pavers added in front and behind the shed to sit just below the wall and we want some sort of sealant strips added inside to plug the gaps. We also need the lawn dug out in the relevant spots to allow the doors to open and close with ease. There is a bunnings 8 minutes drive away, you would need to collect the relevant materials (pavers and sealant) and we would reimburse you for those costs (on top of the amount we'll be paying you for the work).

Repair plaster around new door frame. Need someone tidy who won't damage or put plaster on door frame

I need to check and repair a small circuit board of the kitchen range hood controller board. I can remove it and deliver it (around Perth). I already tried to clean it. It is still occasionally starting/stopping, but very randomly.

Ensuite is 2.2M x 1.5M I've got the cornice, standard 90mm cove. Gave up trying to cut the corners properly myself. Just need you to cut cornice and fix.

One beam in the carport needs repair and the clear sheets are flapping in strong wind . They need tightening

Controller not working

Fridge is brand new (haier) but we switched the door round to open up the other way. It’s now making a large clicking noise on one of the hinges. Need someone to look at it and fix it if possible.
