I have purchased a Hills Folding Frame Clothesline and I need it mounted on a weatherboard wall.

We’re looking for an experienced concrete renderer, screeder or floor-levelling specialist to carry out light cosmetic patching and levelling on two existing outdoor concrete areas. Both areas are covered and protected from direct weather. The concrete is structurally sound but has minor cracks, surface texture and small uneven sections. The goal is not a full structural screed or mesh reinforcement, but to smooth and even out the surface so outdoor rugs or clip-together deck tiles sit flat and safely. ⸻ Scope of Work • Surface cleaning and preparation • Patch and fill minor cracks, dips and imperfections • Light levelling using a cement-based patching or feather-finish product suitable for outdoor use (or thin screed only where required) • Feather edges to avoid visible height transitions • Maintain existing fall for drainage • Cosmetic finish only

2 tasks 1) mount 42 inch TV / Monitor on wall (mount provided - shown in photo) 2) replace towel rail in bathroom (rail and install fitting provided)

Photo 1 is the 1m x 2m hole in the ceiling we need the gyprock replaced. Photo 2 is the second hole that needs gyprock - 350mm x 350mm. Photos 3 and 4 show an area of the ceiling 400mm x 400mm that needs recoating.

Alsynite sheeting above rear deck partially broken. Needs replacing/repairing.

High windows. Unable to unhook sliding cutains. Need to check chain on blind . Can't pull blind up or down

Remove 3 existing 1m blinds and install a 3.5m curtain rod and hang two curtains. 2.7m drop. New photo from below showing inset where blinds are attached and curtain rod will go.
