We need to have some new doors installed one i believe is a standard size but the other is quite large so i'm not sure. we have done a small amount of renovating and need some gyprock repairs done before painting. There are 5 areas: - - Stair case - we have removing a long section of skirting in the stair well. this needs to be smoothed over. (first image) - Old Vent - when the new ducted air con was installed, they have left the old intake vent - this is just sitting there and comes out. we need need this patched. (second image) - Damaged wall - the flooring installer damaged the wall and this needs to be patched (third image) - old lights - the electrician will be removing the old oyster lights - there are two of them in the hallway these will need smoothing over (example in image 2) - minor dings - the two kids bedrooms have a minor dent in the wall (boys will be boys) - these need smoothing over. painting will be done after plaster work. any materials needs to be supplied in quote. access is on second level of two storey home. easy street parking and access.
