Hi there, I’m looking for a skilled handyman or renderer to help repair a surface crack on the external wall above my second-floor balcony. The wall appears to be finished with thin-cut AAC panels, and there’s a visible crack that likely needs mesh reinforcement and patching. The panel has slight give when pressed, suggesting minor delamination or bond failure beneath the surface. I’m not looking for full demolition— just a reliable surface repair.

Needing someone to fix my shower door as it has come off.There’s a piece that came off with the screen door but a relative has thrown it away so not sure how to reinstall it🤦🏾‍♀️ I have now added a photo of the top piece if that helps
