Work in Chisholm, looking for help with 1 or more tasks 1. I need a new manhole installed in one of the rooms to allow access to the ceiling AC unit. Roof is metal trusses so may need to verify position with a camera through one of the downlight holes before starting work. 2. I need to level a front section of my front yard, and put down weed matting and gravel (or similar) so that I'm not parking on a grassy hill all the time. I have somewhere for the existing clay/soil to go but don't currently have gravel. Possibly mulch would work just as well? 3. Install wall anchors in external wall and attach shade sail between wall and carport. I have all the parts but my ladder isn't long enough to get high enough up the wall and neither is my balance.

Our sliding screen door heading into the backyard has come off its runners. The whole metal door frame and the runners are bent so the door doesn’t fit into the frame anymore.. One of our large dogs barreled into the door during play time and bent the whole system. I have no clue of the budget so have just put a silly amount in and hope you can provide further advice.

I need a couple things done with my chicken coop/area. I thought I had finished making it but a few of the buggers keep getting out 🙃 1. A roof (this will be done with just netting / mesh which I have already purchased (some of the chickens are flying over) 2. Moving the pavers that are on the grass currently to the gate (some of the chickens are digging and crawling under) I have attached a few photos. Photo 1 - you’ll see the first fence we put up Photo 2 - shows the pavers I’m talking about that will need to be pushed back onto the fence. But photo 2 also shows the added taller fence we added Photo 3 - just for fun. Added extras - if you are able to remove the veggie patch that is in there, and fix up the bricks around my (hopefully okay) Rosebush. That would be amazing. Hello, We are looking for a skilled handyman to repair and re-secure several loose door handles at our retail store, located in ACT - Tuggeranong. The Issue: We have three internal door handles (in our staff and pre-test rooms) that have become very loose and are pulling away from the doors. The screws appear to have failed or come loose, making the handles wobbly and at risk of falling off completely. The Job: The task is to re-secure all three door handles. This will likely involve: 1. Assessing the handle sets to determine the cause of the looseness. 2. Tightening all relevant grub screws and through-bolts. 3. If the screw holes in the door are stripped, you may need to use slightly larger screws or repair the holes to ensure a solid fixing. 4. Ensuring all three handles are firm, fully functional, and sit flush against the doors. Please see the attached photos for an example of the issue. I have a vent that was pulledfrom the ceiling due to a cat being inside. We had it fixed and I believe the person who fixed it just used silicon to attach it back to the ceiling. I think three of the four clips were in place. But it has now come off again when I had a person here trying to seal the vent. I need a qualified HVAC technician who knows what they’re doing or someone who has installed these vents before and knows how the clips work - no time wasters- to put the vent back in place using silicon and the clips. Some of the clips have fallen out so I’m hoping someone can provide extra clips because I only seem to have one or two. We can’t use glue because I’m sensitive. We need to keep the cardboard that is on the vent over it because I have it up there for a reason to keep smells out for a renovation project.
