This is a rental property , so need to go through the agent for availability etc. There are a number of handyman tasks required with two main one being below : 1: Repair External Door - Needs some work on the Jam or Door frame as it is not locking properly 2: One of the Post supporting the gate has come loose and needs refixing 3: Ceiling of the sunroom is flaking and seems like the wooden frame / panel has deteriorated Other Works (if qualified) 3: Dishwasher not funtioning 4: AirCon not functioning

Needing someone with the skills/experience to install a new door, window, and replace all the weatherboards on the back of a house.

Need to Fix a gate that has fallen down because of rain and storm.

Need aluminium wires of windows replaced. They are old windows that don’t function/can’t stay put and slams down as soon as you lift them up. It looks like there’s an issue with the wiring cables. There are 14 windows in total among which 9 needs attention. Some locks need to be replaced too and one of them has a broken glass that needs to be fixed up. This task will basically be for a quote to fix the issues and we can move forward once the quote’s accepted. Images attached below for reference.
