The rolling mechanism that opens the blinds has broken, and needs to be replaced- these Roman blinds are from the 90s, and it’s the cord spool and chain mechanism that need replacing.

I had new solar panels installed with a new external inverter. The installers remarked that the inverter should be protected from the environment. Casement window won't shut since we moved in. Reason is the window sash lock(2nd picture) was set too high so when closing it hits the locking mechanism (3rd picture). Happy to fix any means possible so long as window closes. At the moment it leaves a small gap. Please quote me your offer - I'm happy to pay good money so long as you can fix it.
