The door frame splintered and the hinge came off. I’m attaching photos. I need help getting the splinter and hinge reattached. I’ve attached the bottom hinge for reference as that’s still okay. I’m not sure how much normally costs to fix these things but please make your best offer 😭

I’m looking for a experienced plasterer/or handyman with a lot of experience with gyprock /plasterboard, a sheet of plasterboard has started to droop from the ceiling. It has dropped about a centimetre on someone to re-screw the plasterboard back into position. I expect 8 to 10 screws. would do the job., I have the plasterboard screws I need someone who can locate the ceiling beams and screw it back up, if you have a stud locator, this would probably help you a bit. Shower wall has cracked/missing grout between some tiles. Need loose grout removed and affected joints re-grouted using wet-area grout. Also need any failed silicone/caulk in corners and edges removed and replaced with mould-resistant bathroom silicone. Please include materials in your quote.
