I’m looking for a experienced plasterer/or handyman with a lot of experience with gyprock /plasterboard, a sheet of plasterboard has started to droop from the ceiling. It has dropped about a centimetre on someone to re-screw the plasterboard back into position. I expect 8 to 10 screws. would do the job., I have the plasterboard screws I need someone who can locate the ceiling beams and screw it back up, if you have a stud locator, this would probably help you a bit. I need this job done on Sunday. Quote me separately to paint the ceiling, I already have the paint.

Shower wall has cracked/missing grout between some tiles. Need loose grout removed and affected joints re-grouted using wet-area grout. Also need any failed silicone/caulk in corners and edges removed and replaced with mould-resistant bathroom silicone. Please include materials in your quote.
