Find an experienced handyman in St Leonards VIC

Hi, Looking for someone to properly install my hakuna dogdoor at my rental property. Have tried myself but unfortunately have been unable to install properly. I believe door lock latch may be the issue as it seems a fraction to wide for the dog door frame. Hoping for someone with handyman skills to rectify the issue and get this finally installed.

The wardobe hanging rail has broken from where it was secured to wall. It couldn't take the weight of clothes. It requires a stronger, solid attachment to inside wardobe walls at both ends. It is a double wardrobe. I also have a drawer from bathroom cabinet that requires glueing back together.
