Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman to install a dog door on an existing door. The door is already installed and will need to be cut to fit the dog door. The chain on my roller blind is stuck so the blind cannot be moved up down not sure what the problem is. I’ve tried to spray some silicon spray but still won’t budge. Not sure if the chain is faulty or the mechanism is faulty.

I need the corner frame work cut out and replaced or repaired. The existing timber is rotten. The corner in question id the back right hand corner near the rear of the Avery. No need to worry about letting birds out, They cant get out at the moment. The the work is at my house, so I am flexible when you do it. Retaining wall in my Mum’s carport along her fenceline has partly collapsed & needs replacing asap.
