I bought a FORIOUS WELS Kitchen Sink Tap Mixer (https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0D2NNRMMC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) which i need installed. One of my shade sail posts by the pool has started leaning. One of the base bolts has snapped off — half of it is still stuck in the concrete — and the bolt next to it has loosened and lifted a bit. Looking for someone handy who can fix or replace the bolts and get the post straight and secure again. It’s bolted into a concrete pool surround (see pics). There may also be some kind of adhesive underneath the post, but can't confirm. You’ll probably need tools for drilling into concrete and replacing the anchor bolts. I really have no idea what to offer for the job, I've made it $200, but happy for anyone to counter offer if you think it's too low.

Description: I need someone to fix my Delonghi Dinamica ECAM 350.35.0 coffee machine. There is an issue with the menu – every time I try to use it, the machine automatically starts making a short espresso. Sometimes the menu works fine, but most of the time it doesn’t. Additionally, I can hear some beeping noises inside the machine, which seems to indicate that the menu will not work properly. I need someone to look into this and get it fixed.
