Repair of damaged external step. Stone work has dropped down and needs repair.

House is old weatherboard and needs a powerwash. Also need flywire replaced on front and rear doors. Completely, not patches. Need someone that also has an angle saw. Cut and create window frames to hide the landlords dodgy fixes. We are tryng to be cosmetically appealing for international homestay. Not interested in heavy duty repairs since the landlord isnt. I have a table where the legs aren’t tightening properly. The Allen key screws go into metal inserts, but some of these inserts have come loose or don’t grip properly inside the wood. When I tighten the screws, the legs still wobble slightly and don’t feel firm. I have tried using wood glue on the screws and fitting them back in but is still wobbly. 3/4 legs are insecure. It looks like the threaded inserts may need to be re-secured, replaced, or reinforced so the screws hold tightly again. The table itself is in good condition otherwise — it just needs the leg fittings repaired so it’s stable and sturdy again. What’s needed: • Assess and repair the leg fittings / threaded inserts • Possibly glue or replace the inserts • Ensure all four legs are solid and the table doesn’t wobble Tools likely required: • Allen key set • Wood glue or epoxy • Drill (if re-fitting inserts)

I have a shed door which top hinge has become dislodged and id like it welded back in place.
