Selling home have small fix up jobs that need completing. We are carpenters and builders however are overseas at this time. Jobs include: Tighten/fix fence extension Replace a few decking boards Remove fireplace chimney (access via balcony) Remove balcony balustrades (access via balcony) Remove handle/secure sliding door Remove exterior sunshade sail (accessible via ladder) May include more jobs on the day. Happy to pay accordingly

Hi New door needs to be installed. You have to install the handle, and the hinges- ie you will need tools to cut holes and to make space for the hinges

Roman blind needs pulleys replaced. Blind need to be cleaned and reinstalled

Mirrors, artwork and clock to be hung on wall.

supply and mount brackets on garage wall, use supplied shelving panels to make shelves

Install glass internal door with knob supplied, also a small side gate (will need 3 chrome door hinges, and black gate hinges) (Door has been bogged and sanded and ready to go) - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, February 10, 2024

External widow frame is weather damaged and needs replacing

There is a sliding door to the bathroom which has been (a bit) stuck for years. It can still open and close fully but it needs to be really pulled and jiggled around to do so. Location is Point Lonsdale Ideal time is between 17 and 18 Dec. I think something in the wall has moved and it’s dragging on something. Would love to get this fixed before christmas. If something more is needed like a new door or parts then I am happy to cover costs. - Due date: Ideally before Christmas.

I have ordered a new stacker door to be installed in the exisiting opening where there is currently a sliding door system. See attached dimensions of the door. Will require -Existing door to be removed -New Door to be installed (as it is a stacked door, the overall width of the door is greater by around 80mm. Internal flooring may need to be cut) -Replacement of any quad/weatherboards that are damaged - Foam fill around door to stud - Install waterproofing / flashing above and along jambs of new door
