I need a guy to come and do the following: A. Fix the outside blind container back to the wall (it fell off). You need to bring screws, drill and those white things to put into the wall to hold it in place. B. Clean kitchen vent. Dirty and doesn’t run well. C. Superglue tiles back onto a wall (in the heat I think they fell off). You must bring superglue. D. Bathroom tap slightly leaking. You must bring clear silicone sealant. I think it is only 2 hours work. However if the job ends up being longer I will pay accordingly.

I need someone to install 3 x skylight blinds to replace existing roller blinds. They're at a fair height. The bottom bracket is 4.75m off the ground inside, so you'll need a very tall ladder. The blinds are single honeycomb and being installed side-by-side over aluminium frames. The fixing is top and bottom onto timber. While you have access, could you also please sand back and varnish the surrounding timber. I'm buying them from Veneta blinds and they've supplied installation instructions.
