We need a handyman to install: Quads/Scotia on top of hybrid flooring in two rooms, around 30L/M. Paint external gate and front fascia. Repair a patch in the eave lining. Spread some pebbles at the front garden. Spread mulch in a garden bed 1.5m x 5m. Install hybrid flooring to 3x3 room. All materials are supplied.

Our Kitchen Platform Lamination has burnt and the layer underneath is visible. My wife has mistakenly put hot pan on the kitchen platform resulting in this. Can anyone here fix it within a reasonable amount. Thanks in advance.
