Hi… my garage roller door opens only half way and gets stuck. While closing door again, it touches the ground and comes back half-way up again. The circular ring piece attached to the left side of garage door ( pic above) came off… Due to this reason, the door not getting rolled up in smaller circular motion and getting stuck in between.

We had our laundry renovated a few years ago, and rented the house out. It appears the section the laundry taps are located, directly below them is a small section that is not waterproofed or tiled. So there is mould building on the exposed subfloor. I would imagine this section of subfloor needs to be replaced, then waterproofed and tiled like the rest of the laundry.
