The cowl (with cover disk) on my indoor wood heater’s metal chimney flue blew off in the wind, but all parts are still on the roof and need reassembly to secure it back in place. The chimney runs through the roof of my single storey home in Murdoch, WA 6150. The property is vacant, and no one will be on site. Access to the roof is via the unlocked garage side door or side gate on the day of the job. Please schedule the work during a dry weather break, ideally soon due to ongoing rain in Perth.

Fit new door handle lock to internal wood cavity door that has already been installed

I have the replacement flyscreen and tool for inserting the flyscreen into the security windows, however they are riveted in and I can not remove them to replace the flyscreen itself.

I have a Hills clothes line to be unscrewed from the base to I can remove it. Looks a bit jammed. Probably a very simple job for someone who knows what they’re doing but I haven’t been able to manage it.
