Paint ceiling and cornice in living room and meals area of 2nd floor apartment. Approx 40m2. Minor patching to be done where light fittings have been replaced. Apartment is furnished and walls painted so need to be clean and ensure areas are covered etc. Want a quality job, 2 coats and no mess on floors or furniture and no drips on walls. I will supply ceiling paint or happy for you to price including paint. You will need all painting materials, including product to handle small patches, sanding, drop sheets, tape and so on. Please provide price for job including and excluding paint. Ideally, I would like this done on Saturday Oct 18th, but can be flexible

Aeration brand . ceiling fan , remote only model , just stopped working, no noise no Smells, fan blades move freely, have changed batteries in remote. Can hear a noise in the fan cover when I press remote ( like a electric transmitter )

Table lamp electrical cord/switch are faulty. Have replaced globe. Operation of switch causes intermittent issues with the light.

Replace MHouse SL210 motorized driveway gate with more powerful gate. Or fix issues with gate auto closing. Our gate motor is about 10 years old and it has trouble consistently closing. 1 in every 3 or so times while we are closing it, it keeps catching on something and opening again and we have to press the close button about 5 times. This has started happening since the renovation where some large vehicles drove over the gate rail. However this issue is not consistent. Sometimes it closes without a problem. Sometimes we clean out the rail after rain and debris and it closes, but sometimes it doesn't.

Hi, I need two single-panel sliding doors repaired as the rollers are worn and the doors don’t slide smoothly — they feel bumpy and hard to move. Assemble chandelier 1 x light globe plus several pieces of glass that hook on to chandelier. Already electrically installed. Need a tall ladder or scaffold ladder to access. Chandelier located above a stair landing.

Cut back cracked concrete, to make clean join. Add rust treatment to steel support, then paint prior to minor form work and concreting. Then smoothing and making contour. Yellow sand, Paint and rustomeum available on site. Need a bag of concrete and skills to make simple formwork. Some wood available too.
