Wall Tile Installation: I need 1 new wall tile installed in the kitchen that requires cutting to size. 2.Range hood Alignment Adjustment: Fine-tuning of a newly installed rangehood alignment. 3.Kitchen Cupboard Doors: Two small cupboard doors need to be cut and adjusted to fit properly, followed by installation.

Would like to install either a metal or wooden swing/garden gate latch at the top of the stairs, right before the front door.

To install a shed 3.75x2.1M. Bought from easy shed. Might need a gutter.

Hole needs to be patched and beam to be painted to cover damage (just the beam not whole roof)
