We're looking to replace some flyscreens, repair a bit of wall timber framing that's gotten rotten due to water damage, re-gyprock over it, also maybe some ceiling repair in that area. Maybe spring load some doors, various things like that. Could be some ongoing jobs like those every now and then over the coming years.
