Patch and repaint wall, small hole

I have two windows with external roller shutters, that are jammed closed (1 at the front of the house and the other at the side of house). One at front of house is about 1.5 metre above ground level and one at side of house is on the second level. I have a ladder to use. We ideally would like them both wound up, not removed. And then we will stop using them. They are manual, not electronic. Ideally I would like to have somebody who has some experience with roller shutters

I have a small dart board cabinet that I need installed on my brick wall outside. There are 4 screws and wall plugs. It also comes with a template.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman to complete a few jobs at my home: Tasks: * Wall mount a 55” TV (I already have the wall bracket). * Fix 2 loose toilet seats so they are secure and properly aligned. * Fix a loose toilet roll holder. Please bring any tools required. If any additional small fixings or hardware are needed, let me know beforehand. I’d prefer someone with experience mounting TVs and positive reviews. Flexible with days and times, but would like the jobs completed as soon as possible. Please include your availability, and any relevant experience when responding.

Shower base has a loose tile, and the grout around has worn out, need fixing this loose tile (it presses down and water extrudes from the gap between the tiles due to missing grout), epoxy grouting of the shower base, and walls. Pls provide me quote and description of how you’ll repair the loose tile.

Install hinges and doorknob

Removal and capping off of gas fireplace. Install of wood fire and flue. Need compliance certificate for insurance.

Chimney insert must be installed by a plumber with a mechanical services license to ensure compliance with Australian Standards (AS/NZS 2918). All will be prepared to only install it. We need a compliance certificate at end. Single storage house. My partner who is very handy and has done a lot DIY jobs will help, we only not doing it ourselves due to insurance and certificate. He will do all the prep work prior to it and help with installation.

Fix track to ceiling, replace defective screws

I've got 2x hand towel rails and one 600m towel rail to install into bathroom tiles, similar to existing look (see photos). One hand towel rail to be installed in plaster. Looking for someone to come do this!

Replace plasterboard in ceiling. In child’s bedroom and a small opening in the downstairs ceiling. So 3 separate fixups. There was some repairwork done to investigate a mold issue, so the plasterboard was cut away. The mold issue has been fixed and now I need the ceiling fixed. Plaster and sand and ready for painting.

A slight crack in the wall

Our shower door is staying to come away where the glass meets the frame on the top. Additionally the handle never stays in place anymore and also needs to be repaired or replaced. We need to get this repaired or replaced with a new door.

My shower is leaking because of the grouting. Need an expert to remove the old grouting and replace and make it water tight. Just the floor and sides.

Clothes line and attached footing to be removed from lawn in the backyard. Small shrubs stumps to be removed from garden beds, please see photos attached. If possible to removed on Mon 9/3 that would be great. If not, requesting by Thursday 12/3. Thank you
