Need installed 2 ceiling fans in replacement of these lights

We have 27 cupboards in various sizes that we need relocated to Smeaton Grange, 2567. Most of these are free standing but image 16 to 27 require some disassembling as they are screwed together. We also have 1 Table (1.8m) and 8 Chairs. These are just to be dropped off and NOT reassembled at the other side.

My bedroom door won’t close properly. The strike plate area on the door frame is damaged and the wood is worn out. The latch has nothing solid to catch onto. I need someone to: Repair or rebuild the damaged timber area Install a new strike plate Align the door so it closes smoothly Make it look neat after repair Please bring your own tools and materials. Photos attached.

Need to fix door hinges which has come off due to wind draft. Also possibly install some kind of resistance/protection,so it doesn’t open that easily.

I provide the new door to be installed. It is 84 cms wide and 204 cms tall

Gas Forklift brake not working

I want to build an awning at my front porch similar to the design in these photos. Locations are identical with fencing around just minor adjustments on lengths

Repair scratch of 1x wheel

Lay sheet vinyl (using tape) in a unit kitchen and do other handyman jobs as well. The kitchen is 230cm x 178cm. The old vinyl has been REMOVED (note picture shows old vinyl) to reveal vinyl tiles stuck to the concrete floor. You will be fitting the new vinyl on top of this surface. Other jobs are replacing a bathroom shaving cabinet with a new cabinet of the same type. Fix 2 dripping taps in the laundry and remove 2 plugs 'stuck open' in the laundry and kitchen sink. You will also be fitting a curtain track or rod to the double sliding glass doors that go out to the balcony. I have limited photos as I am not there atm. I have some flexibility ie can be Tomorrow. You will need a ladder.

I need a section of cornice replace due to cracking. Size of crack is approx 10cm.

Took two flyscreen off the window to clean, but wasn’t able to put it back, Maybe needs to be installed from outside, but that’s the roof,

I need my kitchen drawers adjusted - as you can see from the pics some drawers stick out 1-2mm . I’d like to get them flush with the drawers next to it .

I need my kitchen sink replaced with the new one. We will keep the tap. We will provide the new sink to be installed, and the old one will need to be taken away. Looking for a wallpaper installer to do one bed room. The bedroom size is 3.3 X 3.7m There is only 1 x full wall to wallpaper and the rest is part of walls (see attached pictures). I have all the wallpaper ready to go.

I will have someone on site performing the removal and we need assistance with taking rubbish debris moved to garage for our rubbish guys to collect.. Also removing insulation bats and disposal . Rooms we are removing are Entry, Hallway 1, Dining room, Storage1, Staircase, WIW, Bedroom 1, Ensuite, Ceiling cavity insulation, Hallway 3, Toilet 2, Bathroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 , we need labour and also rubbish removal. Ive added a couple photoes to give idea , room ceilings are staying in and flooring same as bath shower and toilet. We only want walls done and insulation. Job may roll over to 2 days we will start at around 10 on the first day due to key collection. This task will be one day and we can extend as we go if need be
