I need help installing a wall-mounted metal rack on my apartment balcony wall. The rack will be used to store empty suitcases and similar lightweight storage items. I attempted to install it myself, but ran into issues because there are concrete beams/structural elements behind parts of the wall where the initial holes were drilled. Due to this, the rack could not be securely fixed in the intended position. What I need help with: • Assessing the balcony wall and identifying suitable fixing points (avoiding beams or using appropriate fixings) • Properly drilling and mounting the rack securely and level • Using the correct anchors/fixings for a concrete or rendered balcony wall. This is a Meriton apartment, and if my understanding is correct the exterior wall material is Hebel. • Ensuring the rack is safe and stable for storage use I have the rack and all included hardware, but additional fixings may be required depending on the wall structure.

I will have someone on site performing the removal and we need assistance with taking rubbish debris moved to garage for our rubbish guys to collect.. Also removing insulation bats and disposal . Rooms we are removing are Entry, Hallway 1, Dining room, Storage1, Staircase, WIW, Bedroom 1, Ensuite, Ceiling cavity insulation, Hallway 3, Toilet 2, Bathroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 , we need labour and also rubbish removal.
