Looking for a wallpaper installer to do one bed room. The bedroom size is 3.3 X 3.7m There is only 1 x full wall to wallpaper and the rest is part of walls (see attached pictures). I have all the wallpaper ready to go.

One of the pillars on the side of the garage was hit and bent by a car. It needs to be either repaired or replaced.

I will have someone on site performing the removal and we need assistance with taking rubbish debris moved to garage for our rubbish guys to collect.. Also removing insulation bats and disposal . Rooms we are removing are Entry, Hallway 1, Dining room, Storage1, Staircase, WIW, Bedroom 1, Ensuite, Ceiling cavity insulation, Hallway 3, Toilet 2, Bathroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 , we need labour and also rubbish removal. One of the screw is out and door is unstable, washers are coming out. Tighten the screw. Replace the door closer with new one. Install new weather seal at the bottom of the door I will supply new door closer and weather seal.

My Ziptrak manual outdoor blinds have fallen off and needs to be reinstalled and repaired

My screen door hinge has sheared completely off - need someone to bring the correct screws etc to fix it.

One of the hinges on my screen door is broken. It used to have pop rivets as fasteners. Two of the rivets are still on the door so it will probably require a drill to get them out. The door will probably need to be taken off to put new rivets in and I can help with that. I'm guessing tools/stuff required for the job: pop rivet drill and 3 pop rivets.
