Handyman needed to complete tasks before Tuesday – House in Leopold, Geelong Also looking for an ongoing relationship across projects. We have an incredible team of great trades and handymen – but our workload has picked up and we need more crew. Prefer hourly rate generally with an indicative ballpark quote for works. Not shopping around for the cheapest rate by any means, but I do need an efficient worker and good communicator and a can-do attitude. For this particular project, I’ve got a list of stuff that needs doing below to give an indication of the type of stuff that we generally need done. Please bid your hourly rate and we can go from there 1. kitchen sink window paint touch up (white) 2. door to under house re-attached / fixed 3. Any wood pieces laying around from flooring repair into skip 4. Curtains re-hung in living rooms 6. Grass on side of shed mowed 9. Screen around pool pump (gas heater is gone now) - just anything cheap and literally just something cable tied or screwed to the wall would be fine 10. Skirting or quad put onto window bottom in fireplace room 11. Make black spray paint on downpipe at front of house into straight line 12. Any way to neaten the wood sleeper in the carport? 13. I have three mirrors that I’d like professionally hung inside my house. They come with their own mounting hardware. All need to be securely fixed to TILED walls. 2 are 12-13kg each to go over a double vanity. 1 is approximately 20kg to go over a single vanity. They all have 2 D rings each secured to the back of the mirror and are proper bathroom mirrors from Future Glass.
