Find an experienced handyman in Karawara

I need someone to help separate some roof tiles on a single story height and then place them back in their original position. A very small section of the roof needs the tiles to be separated. The manhole is too small for me to enter into the ceiling. Less than an hours work for $100. Very easy task to do. I'm looking for something in the ceiling. Don't worry what I'm looking for, your job is just to separate the tiles and place them back in their original position. If you not to happy with this I can always find someone else to do the work. Time spent will be 30 minutes to 1 hour for this task/job. i have a ladder to gain access onto the roof. Thank you Kindly

Install a say 1500 x 1200 concrete soakwell in garden with a concrete lid. Reonnect four down pipes (3 are connected to 600 x 600 soakwell a) to the new soakwell. Max distance of down pipe to soakwell would be about 15m. All downpipes are on the same side of the house but under the pavers. - Due date: Flexible

A double storey house with ducted air conditioner with two issues: 1) there is a central control panel for all rooms, and two rooms don’t have air flows from the outlets, not sure if the issue is the control panel or something else? 2) in one room, there is water damage from the ceiling when cooling is on
