I’m looking for a qualified tradie (or someone with relevant experience) to install a small outdoor awning or cover to protect both a roller door motor and a nearby outdoor power point. Both are exposed to the weather and need proper shielding. Scope of work: Supply and install a weatherproof awning or protective cover Needs to be large enough to cover both the motor and the power point, or they can be separate if that’s more practical — just want both protected from the elements Prefer someone qualified or with experience doing this kind of work. have attached photo of the area.

The pull-rope on an outdoor blind has broken and needs replacing. It's a simple system on a first-floor window. It can be accessed via a balcony. You'll be put in touch with the tenant to arrange access the property, and the task requires obtaining a new rope from the local hardware store (or similar).

I have a new 42 inch smart tv and wall mount that needs to be installed above my fireplace. The wall is solid brick-so a drill with a masonry drill bit is required. Will need you to hook up and tune the smart TV (have purchased a tv antenna cable) so it’s all set and ready to watch.
