We have already attempted to adjust it ourselves, but it continues to sag when released. The shower door has a top-and-bottom pivot hinge system attached to the aluminium rails. What we need: • Inspect the top and bottom pivot hinges. • Identify why the glass door is sagging. • Repair or replace the faulty hinge/pivot components if necessary. • Realign the glass door so it opens and closes properly. • Check that the door is securely supported and safe to use.
