Plasterer required to fill small hole in wall

I have a metal garden shed which was installed recently but it leaks everytime it rains. Installer said he corked it inside and out but it still leaks. I need it waterproofed as soon as possible.

Need to patch a small home, plaster and paint over it. There is a very small hole next you the door. We did the telecom install and had to move the box from the door however customer complained asking for the hole to be patched and paint over it. Looks white to me. If you can do this then I will call the customer and fix a time.
