I need a kitchen corner cupboard door fixing (the hinge has snapped off), two large paintings hanging on walls and a large digital frame hanging on wall.

I need an infrared sauna repaired, There are a few issues with the sauna which need repairing. 1. The back wall needs replacing. The customer has the new wall there. The sauna needs to be partly disassembled to replace the back wall. I have an assembly video showing how to do this. 2. The internal seat is broken and needs new bracing. The bracing under the seat has snapped. You will need to cut some new bracing to size and carefull screw it under the seat. I have photos of the broken bracing. You may also need to brace the frame of the seat to the wall to keep it stable. door latch is misaligned. Latch is catching on the strike plate so it can't click into the hole.

I have a kitchen sink which is draining very very slowly. The rest of the house drains fine. I need a plumber to clear it. I have tried using numerous drain unblockers with no luck clearing it so I think it might need more professional equipment.

The latch has been pulled apart, requires putting back together and securing please.
