Find an experienced handyman in Hawthorn West

I need two sections of walls filled from holes; The first is in lounge room where TV was hung by a bracket. The second is in hallway where a mirror was held. The other task I need done is a wardrobe door that has a part hanging off it; it drags on the carpet as a result I would need this done today; the only other time/day would be Thursday afternoon!

Need a range of things done - mirror hung, towel rails fixed, 2 window locks installed, door handle fixed, door seals fixed, couple of patches to paint, 2 flat pack furniture items built. I think you would be here for most of the day. Need some one who is skilled

Room 1: 3800mm x 3450mm. The room also has a protruding fireplace chimney that comes off the wall 246mm and is 1390mm wide. - Room 2: 3480mm x 3460mm. There is a protruding fireplace chimney here as well. The walls and the ceiling are quite straight. Last image shows what type of cornice we would like to replicate in these two room. Please provide a quote that includes labour, the cornice cost, and cost per room. Thank you.

My shower screen exploded, it was toughened glass, needs a new 900mm wide x 2000mm high, fitted to a channel, there is also another piece of glass above the door that needs replacing, it is 900mm x 120mm and the thickness of both pieces is about 10mm

The seat depth mechanism on my office chair has come off and I am unable to attach it back. I'm looking for someone to help me put it back on. My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this.

I have a Bunnings one minute from my place. You must have your own tools. An invoice is required to finish this task, outlining all costs associated. No invoice? Job can’t be marked as completed.
