External entry doors (other than screen doors) must have functional deadlocks or locks that people can unlock with a key from the outside. These must be able to open without a key from the inside. Attached are the photos of old doors. Tasks: 1. ENTRANCE DOOR : Replace with new door and install a basic new lock that meets the requirement stated above 2. LAUNDRY DOOR: Replace only the lock with new lock that meets the requirement stated above I have also attached photo of the basic external door available in bunnings. The metal bracket holding up a retractable awning has also come loose. The bracket is fine — it just needs to be re-positioned and re-fixed into solid timber. This is not a rebuild or replacement.
