The Issue: A hinge has broken on the cupboard door that conceals our main shopfront security shutter. Because the door won't operate correctly, it's difficult to store the shutter fully and properly close the cupboard door. The Job: The task is to replace the faulty hinge to make the door fully functional again. The scope of work will involve: 1. Assessing and removing the broken concealed (European-style) hinge from both the door and the cabinet frame. 2. Supplying and installing a new, suitable replacement hinge. 3. Securely re-hanging the door. 4. Adjusting the hinges to ensure the door is properly aligned, hangs straight, and opens and closes smoothly.
