Repairs to the roof, replacing the stumps, replacing Perspex windows, giving the cubby a sand and also then painting should be included. We will supply paint- paint colors will be different to current. A few pieces of timber and Perspex sheets will need to be picked up from bunnings which you can include in your quote. Suit handyman.
