My automatic garage door not opens fully up and not close properly. When pressing the close button on the remote, the door starts rolling down but then the roller wheel misaligns when coming down and sit outside the track. It looks like the issue is coming from the left corner roller area, which may be due to misaligned. The corner panel also appears slightly misshaped, likely causing the door to bind. Please see the attached photo for reference. Work required: Inspect the corner roller and alignment. Adjust or replace the roller if necessary. Check and realign the corner panel. Ensure smooth and safe operation of the door after repair.

Hanging of new internal doors. 3 doors are hinged and 1 door is a sliding cavity door. Doors, hinges and track, door handles have been purchased and are on site ready to be hung.
