Hi, We are seeking quotations for the maintenance and repainting of an existing outdoor deck. Deck is approximately 3.5m by 3.5m located on the first floor of a townhouse. A decked staircase also provides access to the backyard. Scope of Work (for deck including staircase): Replace Loose Screws – Identify and secure any loose fastenings. Surface Preparation – Sand the deck to remove old paint/stain Pressure Washing – Clean the deck before painting/staining. Painting/Staining – Apply weather-resistant paint (colour specified in attachment). Clean up – Ensure the worksite is left clean and free of debris.

We need to complete some final repairs and maintenance for a flat we are preparing for rental in our Homes for the homeless programme. We need: handles put on 5 doors; 2 doors need to be planed and reinstalled so they can close over carpet; help moving furniture in the flat; repair and put up blinds and also some minor jobs eg hooks in walls etc - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 4th Jan 2022

Firstly, I would like a technician to check and find the reason of alarm going off sometimes, I believe it will be a tamper switch on the outside strobe/siren, which is located under the first floor eave. So either the switch to be changed or the whole strobe unit. The alarm is Networx nx. Secondly, if this is expensive job, then the whole system possibly to be replaced with modern Bosch system (should work with nbn). I want to update it to be remotely controlled (alert my phone when the alarm sounds, and be able to arm/disarm). I would like someone to advise/consult me on what needs to be done (and potentially quote and perform the job). Please let me know the cost and what is gonna be included and we will go from there.
