Accessible only by taking roof tiles off above it as I’ve looked and going through the roof space to the area is impossible to get to. Shutter is stuck and doesn't close . Probably check the wiring and box .

Need to fix 3 kitchen cupboard doors on hinges (please see photos attached). I believe at least one pair of doors has to be replaced due to its condition. Open to additional ideas on kitchen refresh and quotes (like replacing handles)
