This job is part of SDA / Accessibility Compliance works so it’s important the repair meets appropriate safety and usability standards. My roller blinds from clear roller blinds does not properly wind up, it winds down fine but winding up is a struggle of pushing it bit by bit

We have a card reader pole installed outside, but the anchor bolts are not holding because there appears to be sand or loose material under the pavers instead of solid concrete. When drilling the bolts, they do not grip properly and the pole is not stable. We need an experienced and Commerical Licence concrete contractor or handyman to: • Inspect the current base • Remove or lift the pavers if necessary • Create a proper concrete footing/base for the pole • Reinstall and secure the anchor bolts so the pole is stable The pole base plate has 4 anchor points. Photos are attached showing the current condition. Please quote including labour and materials if possible.
