I need the whole room and ceiling gyprocked and finished/flushed so walls are ready to paint. Gyprock and consumables also needs to be supplied / included in your offer. 6m x 5m x 2.7m There are a few nooks , two windows and a window sill. Also two doors (sliding door) and a shed door.

This 4.7 x 1.6 metal coop and a base slightly larger. Base is treated pine and pavers. Slightly sloped spot on the block. I have all the materials. Photo of what I want below.

Flush walls where 2 wardrobes were removed, including 3 x 1cm holes and another hole roughly the size of a 50 cent coin. Fix existing cornice where 2 x wardrobes have been removed to walls/ceiling. A third bedroom has 2 small holes that require patching where a telephone line ran down the corner from the ceiling also requiring flushing where the line ran halfway down the wall.
