Split system Air con smells awful. Ive cleaned the filter & sprayed the coil with tea tree. Each time i use it it smells as soon as i turn it on, especially when its recycling the air once its reached temperature. Its in a clinic environment so the area is dust free and clean. The unit is 2yrs old. I run the fan for 90min after each use to dry it out but it doesnt help with the smell.

Concrete the bottom of the 600x600mm pit to level with the stormwater pipe , so that mosquitoes don’t breed there. You supply the concrete. 3. Adjust kitchen mixer so it swings the spout easily to both left and right sinks, I don’t think it was installed correctly. 4. Fix leak at the end of another kitchen mixer. 5. Replace a hand shower ( I will supply the hand shower) 6. Install a new toilet seat (I will supply the new toilet seat). 7. Supply and install a flat lid for a redundant 100mm storm water pipe level with the footpath. You will supply plumbers tape, silicon, glue and as per scope. - Due date: Flexible
