Find an experienced handyman in Clayton VIC

Hi, I’m looking for a handyman or carpenter to repair the bottom section of a bathroom door frame that has been damaged by long-term water exposure. The lower part of the frame has become soft, swollen, and slightly rotten, with some paint peeling off. It seems like moisture has been seeping in from the bathroom tiles over time. The door frame itself is still solid and not deformed — only the bottom area (about 10–15 cm) needs repair or replacement.

The kitchen cabin door is broken, need a hinge and someone who can fix it for us.

I need 2 indoor door knobs replaced with new knob that has lock. I have the locks with me already. Also the security door is no longer working when i enter the key (unsure if can be fixed or needs to be replaced). I have some grout that has come out in the shower which has led to some “suspected water leaks into the plaster” I don’t think i require a water detection test as I think the grout has just come out and small bits of water are getting through (I’m no expert ) Just need someone to go over the tiles / fill in the grout / silicone
