Need a carpenter to help fix door frame please. Previously rotten partial door frame needs replacing. Has been cleaned out and filler put in but not very good job done. I need a timber frame to replace previously damaged parti a l frame. Photo is of how it was with red marking showing where filler begins.

I need 2 indoor door knobs replaced with new knob that has lock. I have the locks with me already. Also the security door is no longer working when i enter the key (unsure if can be fixed or needs to be replaced). I have some grout that has come out in the shower which has led to some “suspected water leaks into the plaster” I don’t think i require a water detection test as I think the grout has just come out and small bits of water are getting through (I’m no expert ) Just need someone to go over the tiles / fill in the grout / silicone

There is water coming out from the gap around the bottom of the shower screen frame (where the metal strips joint together, circled in red). Need someone to re silicon the circled area and all nearby area to stop the leaking.
