Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to patch a linear ceiling gap left after wall removal, repair missing cornice, and blend out an uneven ceiling dip. ​Dimensions: Gap is approximately 0.3m wide by 4.0m long. ​Scope of Work: ​Backing & Framing: Supply and install timber support/blocking between trusses for structural backing where required. ​Plasterboard Installation: Supply, cut, and screw in new plasterboard/drywall to fill the gap. ​Ceiling Leveling & Feathering: There is a slight dip/unevenness in the existing plaster along the join. Need this section feathered out/padded so the final join is completely flat, seamless, and flush. ​Cornice Repair: Supply, cut, match, and install standard cove cornice sections at both ends of the trench where the old wall met the existing walls. ​Joint Finishing: Tape, multi-coat mud, and sand all joints flat and smooth. ​Note: NO painting or texture matching required. I just need it perfectly flush, smooth, and ready for me to prime/paint. Please include all labor and materials in your offer.

Kitchen sink tap’s flexible hose has broken/snapped — the white plastic pipes/fittings underneath are all fine.
