Fix drywall there was a hole punch in my drywall and needs it to be fixed

I need 2 indoor door knobs replaced with new knob that has lock. I have the locks with me already. Also the security door is no longer working when i enter the key (unsure if can be fixed or needs to be replaced). I have other jobs available however will ask for help depending on a fair and reasonable quote on the above tasks first.

I have a door between the living room and garage. The gap is big so the insulation is not good(Photo 4). There is no handle on the door and the key for the door is missing. The lock on the toilet door seems to be malfunctioning and isn't securing properly. Could you please have a look and fix it? It might need either adjustment or a replacement of the locking mechanism.
