I need 2 indoor door knobs replaced with new knob that has lock. I have the locks with me already. Also the security door is no longer working when i enter the key (unsure if can be fixed or needs to be replaced). I have some grout that has come out in the shower which has led to some “suspected water leaks into the plaster” I don’t think i require a water detection test as I think the grout has just come out and small bits of water are getting through (I’m no expert ) Just need someone to go over the tiles / fill in the grout / silicone
