Looking for an experienced painter or plasterer to repair a water-damaged and mouldy ceiling in a bathroom. The original roof leak has already been completely fixed and the area is dry, but the ceiling needs to be restored to a "like new" condition. Please see the attached photos for the exact scale of the damage. Scope of Work: - Mould Treatment: Thoroughly treat/remove the existing mould spores. - Prep Work: Scrape back the bubbling, loose, and flaking paint/plaster to a solid surface. Sand and patch/plaster smooth if required. - Priming and Painting: Paint the affected area (or the whole section if needed) to seamlessly match the existing ceiling.
