Also the security door is no longer working when i enter the key (unsure if can be fixed or needs to be replaced). I have some grout that has come out in the shower which has led to some “suspected water leaks into the plaster” I don’t think i require a water detection test as I think the grout has just come out and small bits of water are getting through (I’m no expert ) Just need someone to go over the tiles / fill in the grout / silicone
Overall great craftsmanship but I did request he call me prior to arriving at my property so I can plan ahead of Time, this didn’t take place otherwise great experience.

Carpet damage due to mould. Patch is 40x40cm. Can take piece from closet to repair if needed.
Nilesh went above and beyond! Absolutely amazing to work with and made every step of the process reassuring. I can not recommend Nilesh enough for carpet repair. Will definitely be going to him again should I have another job like this in the future!
