Tasks: -wall mount a tv using a bracket we will provide -hang approximately 4 pictures (not anything big) -assemble a basic flat pack bed We’re expecting them to move back in during the afternoon of the 17th and I’d like to get you in for an hour or two then. If hypothetically the flooring people are delayed at all it may change the date by a day or two.

Wanting some repairs on our deck. We will likely replace deck in next few years, so intent is to just fix these issues. 1) Pool stairs. The top stair has started to warp and needs to be redone. Strong preference to reuse existing timber (if possible) or match with equivalent 2) 2 x boards in laundry section have started to rot. Other boards are in good condition, so looking to just replace these two boards
