Need a labourer to assist tradesman with installing 4 outdoor blinds. General handyman skills and ability to work up a ladders.

Wanting some repairs on our deck. We will likely replace deck in next few years, so intent is to just fix these issues. 1) Pool stairs. The top stair has started to warp and needs to be redone. Strong preference to reuse existing timber (if possible) or match with equivalent 2) 2 x boards in laundry section have started to rot. Other boards are in good condition, so looking to just replace these two boards

These are push to open & close drawers. They don’t always close when pushed. Would like both drawers to be changed to just normal drawers with handles

Repair paint and screw part back on wall

One of our outdoor railings is quite badly damaged where the wood is split. I’m not sure if it can just be sanded back down to remove the splitting area or if it’s too bad and needs to be fully replaced. Ive attached a few photos, but would love a chippy to give some advice on what would be best way forward and quote. We are selling our house and trying to fix it this week so we can restain it for the weekend open home. Length of rail is 4.8m
