Mirror sliding wardrobe doors, one has completely come off the track. The other is on still but the sliding wheel to make it roll appears broken. I would like fixed and also a quote for building in some shelving into the wardrobe.

First, there seems to be issues with the remote and the ceiling fans. Some of the fans are not responding to the remote. On the other hand, with a couple of other ceiling fans, while we can switch it on using the remote, we can't switch off the fans using the remote. Also, some of the lights attached attached to the ceiling fans are not working despite having the bulbs changed.

Install doggy door in glass pane....the doggy door is to be approx 40cm x25cm . The current doggy is this size and suits my smallish doggy. Existing doggy door is a pane type l on right side of doorway in picture

Looking for an onsite visit to quote on solutions for an additional downpipe and rain Harvester. I have an unusual situation where the only available wall for a downpipe is facing the street and an eyesore. See pics. Just want to explore all options to capture the water and improve the front facade. Wall cutout for downpipe already exists.

The hinge is broken somehow and it won’t close properly- slightly ajar. I think these two hinges need to be fully replaced

We have 7 ceiling fans in the house. The only one that seems to work ok is the one in the alfresco. Most have the same issue - we can switch it on, but we can't switch it off unless we switch it off at the mains. One doesn't even switch on. One seems to be a bit lose so it makes a lot of noise. I'm guessing if we get a new reversal remote and change the remotes it would probably work, but I don't know which remote to get, and how to make the switch. They're all hunter pacific fans but two different models.
