looking for electrician to install 3 x ceiling fans

Large clock and 2 frames need hanging professionally. Not needing a hammer a nail job but a drill job with keeping the integrity of the paint.

The task is to install blinds on this doorway. Inside mounted. Faux timber blinds is supplied. exactly like the one in the right side of the picture. The blinds are 180cm wide and so is the space, so there is no cutting required.

First, there seems to be issues with the remote and the ceiling fans. Some of the fans are not responding to the remote. On the other hand, with a couple of other ceiling fans, while we can switch it on using the remote, we can't switch off the fans using the remote. Also, some of the lights attached attached to the ceiling fans are not working despite having the bulbs changed.

We have 7 ceiling fans in the house. The only one that seems to work ok is the one in the alfresco. Most have the same issue - we can switch it on, but we can't switch it off unless we switch it off at the mains. One doesn't even switch on. One seems to be a bit lose so it makes a lot of noise. I'm guessing if we get a new reversal remote and change the remotes it would probably work, but I don't know which remote to get, and how to make the switch. They're all hunter pacific fans but two different models.
