The dial on the wall switch for a celing fan is stuck on, the dial wont turn off anymore, it wont rotate left or right, so is stuck on level 1, it needs a replacement switch more than likely, unless you think it can be fixed? The internal dial is stiff which is stuck, the knob over the top just spins over the dial, without the speed changing or turning off
