@ areas of the pergola where the gutter appears to have been leaking have developed wood rot. Need these areas fixed as house is going on the market

I need someone to hang a blind on a high window (ceiling is 4.2m, so window is slightly lower than this but around 2.5m wide) - see picture. Also need some curtains hung on 2.7m high walls (x1 single curtain and x1 double curtain). Neither job is particularly difficult (we’ve hung others that are lower), we just don’t have a ladder that is tall enough! Very open to $$ negotiating, just wanting to get this done (but also don’t want to pay through the nose!)

Top front door hinge has come out of disintegrating door surround. Cannot shut door. 1951 house build.

Sliding door came off the hinge above. The above hinge has dropped and needs to either be screwed to raise it with the cover put back on

Garage backwall (gyprock) has broken due to car touching it creating a 1m crack. Need to either replace the gyprock or apply filling to prevent insects from going in and out

Gate latch screws have come out. Will need some bigger screws or ideally some type of screw that fastens from the inside of the steel gate. There’s no room to put nuts on the inside of the gate. Open to ideas.
