Garage backwall (gyprock) has broken due to car touching it creating a 1m crack. Need to either replace the gyprock or apply filling to prevent insects from going in and out

Gate latch screws have come out. Will need some bigger screws or ideally some type of screw that fastens from the inside of the steel gate. There’s no room to put nuts on the inside of the gate. Open to ideas.

1. Bathroom towel holder's screw needs tightening 2. Main bedroom's door hinge screws are coming off which needs screwing them back. 3. One of the wardrobe sliding door has alignment issues hence need repair or needed take that out and put a light curtain rod. These wardrobes are very old ones 4. The flooring wooden strip in the hall is showing signs of wear and may need to repair.
