Looking for a handyman to help me fix up my 1 bedroom unit to be rented out. A lot of “finishing touches” which were missed as part of renovation works along the way. Task is to come out and make a list of things that need doing, along with advice for what to do with the issues we find. Additional work can be quoted for once we’ve looked at things together. Skills that would be good to have include: Experience with hybrid floor planks Basic carpentry Tile cutting/laying

I have 2 curtains in a bedroom to hang, one blind for toilet, one blind for bathroom.

I have one existing ceiling fan I’d like removed and replaced. I have another room I’d like the ceiling light removed and replaced with a ceiling fan. I have both ceiling fans and just need an electrician to complete the job. Ample ceiling cavity space with easy access if required, single story. Both fans to be installed in bedrooms.

A cupboard is broken (see images) and we require it fixed. We don’t have correct hinges either. Current hinges are broken. Needs hanging as well.

Ps5 keeps overheating and shutting off with no warning . I’ve looked at potential problems online and could be the cause of not cleaning properly as I haven’t taken the ps5 fan out and done a deep clean price is negotiable

We have a manual roller shutter that has a turning handle the shutter use to go up and down fine and about a month ago the handle gets jammed halfway while putting shutter down so it only now goes halfway down I reported it to my real estate and the landlord was prepared to have it completely removed not fixed as apparently the upkeep on them costs too much I don't want to removed I'd like it fixed so just looking at quotes to possibly get it done myself

Hi guys, I need your help to fix the fence as it falls off a bit when there is strong wind due to rotten timber rail. Might need to replace a small timber bar for that section of fallen fence.
