We have a manual roller shutter that has a turning handle the shutter use to go up and down fine and about a month ago the handle gets jammed halfway while putting shutter down so it only now goes halfway down I reported it to my real estate and the landlord was prepared to have it completely removed not fixed as apparently the upkeep on them costs too much I don't want to removed I'd like it fixed so just looking at quotes to possibly get it done myself
