Converting garage space- approx 9x6m into livable studio space. The floor is presently concrete, this will need be lino or planks. The double electric door to be replaced with salvaged bi-fold or sliding doors. The walls are already plastered but some holes need to be filled up, lights changed and new single entry door installed so some building or carpentry skills required.
