Need the affected area patched/prepped (if required) and repainted to match existing colour (blend in, not a full-room repaint unless needed). 2. Door repair: Bottom door panel is damaged – needs replacement/repair and make good (finish/paint to match). 3. Other small jobs: A few additional minor fixes (to be discussed on-site). Please provide a quote and availability. We can provide all materials, e.g. paint, timber, etc. can also provide all professional tool.

Remove failed and deteriorated grout to shower wall and floor junctions as required. (re-grout) affected tile joints using suitable waterproof grout. Remove existing silicone behind and around tap sets. Supply and apply new mould-resistant sanitary-grade silicone to tap penetrations and junctions. Ensure all joints are sealed to prevent future water penetration. This is for x2 showers

I need to change my entrance door and security door. I live in an apartment.

The ceiling access panel has fallen down and needs to be reinstalled or repaired. The panel is intact and still here. Looking for someone experienced with ceiling repairs.

We have a door between the laundry and garage that has come off its hinges. Currently it’s just shoved back in but the hinges screws have come out - see photos. The door needs to be rehung, potentially new hinge required. We also require the paint to be patched up please if needed at the end. Need a new fly screen door installed on our front porch, approximately 2m high and 0.75m wide. There is an existing strike box. Also need a dog door installed into the fly screen frame, approximately 0.45m high and 0.25m wide. We haven’t purchased the fly screen door or dog door yet, but can buy it and provide materials. Assembly a 2.25 meter long and 0.78 meter deep garden shed

Looking for someone with a power drill to help put some screws ( probably 4) in a brick wall. It’s a for Eufy security camera. So about door height. Pretty straight forward task as I don’t have a drill. But needs to be done on Friday morning 8am in Balwyn. Hope someone can help Cheers,

Fixing 3 security cameras to (brick wall) the front of house. Including replacing an old one higher, on the eave, under the gutter of the house. May Need 9 meter ladder to reach the height and proper power tools, like impact drilling tools or hammer drill.

I have a bedroom door that is damaged and also needs the original handles that we have put back on. After the repair there may need to be some touchup painting to match it all up. Please see the photos.

I have 2 internal door handles to install that have a latch lock, we had one installed already but it was a little difficult because the person didn’t have the right equipment to drill out the expanded space required for the size. The first 2 photos are the ones we want to replace and the last 3 photos are the new ones. Some help with touch ups after installation is required, I can provide the paint, just bring a paint brush. Note: some filler will be needed as the holes don’t line up, would be happy if you do your best, you can see the photos of the one we have installed already as an example
