Hi, I’ve got an outdoor awning bracket that’s come. I need it re-secured properly into the solid brick/concrete behind, not just patched into the render. I’m looking for someone to: 1. Remove the bracket. 2. Chip back to solid substrate. 3. Re-anchor the bracket with either masonry anchors or chemical anchors into the brick/concrete. 4. Patch up the render neatly around the bracket and seal it. It’s a small job, so I just need a quote including your call-out fee, labour, and materials. Calling all locksmiths! We need a new door handle with lock purchased and installed to replace our current one. The old handle broke, and our temporary solution needs a long term fix. We don't have equipment to do so, and our knowledge is very limited. The size of the mark (see images below) is 6.5cm x 20cm- we are looking for a handle that can cover this.
