Find an experienced handyman in Balwyn

Looking for someone with a power drill to help put some screws ( probably 4) in a brick wall. It’s a for Eufy security camera. So about door height. Pretty straight forward task as I don’t have a drill. But needs to be done on Friday morning 8am in Balwyn. Hope someone can help Cheers,

Fixing 3 security cameras to (brick wall) the front of house. Including replacing an old one higher, on the eave, under the gutter of the house. May Need 9 meter ladder to reach the height and proper power tools, like impact drilling tools or hammer drill.

I have a bedroom door that is damaged and also needs the original handles that we have put back on. After the repair there may need to be some touchup painting to match it all up. Please see the photos.

I have 2 internal door handles to install that have a latch lock, we had one installed already but it was a little difficult because the person didn’t have the right equipment to drill out the expanded space required for the size. The first 2 photos are the ones we want to replace and the last 3 photos are the new ones. Some help with touch ups after installation is required, I can provide the paint, just bring a paint brush. Note: some filler will be needed as the holes don’t line up, would be happy if you do your best, you can see the photos of the one we have installed already as an example

1) Lightbulb in chandelier hanging over void needs changing. Very high ceiling - will need high ladder (we could not reach with single-sided 3m ladder). Vintage chandelier and unsure of what bulb is inside. Lampshade looks to be screwed on. Hi, I’ve got an outdoor awning bracket that’s come. I need it re-secured properly into the solid brick/concrete behind, not just patched into the render. I’m looking for someone to: 1. Remove the bracket. 2. Chip back to solid substrate. 3. Re-anchor the bracket with either masonry anchors or chemical anchors into the brick/concrete. 4. Patch up the render neatly around the bracket and seal it. It’s a small job, so I just need a quote including your call-out fee, labour, and materials.
