Job Details: - 4 internal doors (each approx. H: 2025mm, W: 815mm, 35mm thick) - Located in a 2nd floor apartment in Albion, no lift access - Existing door jambs are metal with hinges welded on - hinges are rusted I’m open to two solutions: - Option A: Grind off the welded hinges and install new black butt hinges - Option B: Clean, de-rust, and repaint the existing welded hinges black, and install matching hinges on the new doors Whichever solution, the final hinges must be black For the doors: - Standard flush MDF doors - No handles required - Ideally primed, but unpainted Additionally, am looking to replace the strike plates as well - black. I have just moved house and need a handy man to assemble a double bed and to hang up 3 pictures. They were stuck on the wall with 3M sticky things. I have more of these. Or double sided sticky tape will be fine. They look big but not too heavy. The bed is one from Kmart. I have all sorts of spare tools and things but would prefer you brought your own. Thanks !

Bedroom blinds fell off, need to reattached it from the ceiling.

We are replacing the current business sign which is about 2 metres off the ground. The sign is 2400mm wide and 600mm high.

The sliding glass door on the balcony doesn’t seem properly aligned. The fixed panel on the left has a gap at the top where it meets the wall, and it looks like it leans outward slightly. The bottom is fully in the frame, but the top isn’t. Not sure if it’s a misalignment or something else, but it needs checking. It's an old door.

Need to repair damage to a chipped Door. A sliding barn-style door fell off its rails and hit a set of drawers, leaving a significant dent/scratch in the wood. It needs to be fixed before the move-out date of Jan 28th.

Hello. Looking for a handyman that can install a second rail in my walk in wardrobe. I’ve already purchased the rail and brackets. The rail will need to be cut down (steel with chrome finish) and the brackets installed in the wardrobe. One side will be in a wall, so I would assume a mount will need to be installed before the bracket can be installed I can supply photos if needed Thank you
