Hole in garage ceiling needs to be gyprocked

I have 2 walls that have holes in gyprock that need to be patched. Pls see attached photo’s. No painting required.

The gyprock false ceiling outside the entrance is sagging. Need it to be fixed.

Demolish and relay brick column. Demolish and relay bricks between garage intel and cladding. Replace sectional garage door. Gyprock and paint garage wall. Rubbish removal.

General repair of Gyprock wall

We have a hole in the ceiling due to water leak. The water leak is now fixed so need to close the ceiling with patchwork and repaint. Or even install an access panel for future use. It is a 600x300 hole in the ceiling. Images attached for reference.
