We had a leak in the ceiling due to a plumbing issue which has been fixed. However some of the gyprock is damaged and needs to be replaced. Approx size is 1.5m X 1.5m. The area needs to be painted white after gyprock has been installed.

AC repair required Gyprock to be cut in the roof. There are two cuts 1 big and 1 small. I want big cut to be patched by creating a movable roof door and want small one to be simply patched.

Replace a piece of gyprock aprox 30 cm x 90 cm which has been water damaged. I will do the painting.

Cut and remove approx. 1.5mx1.5m of water-damaged gyprock ceiling. Supply and install new gyprock plasterboard to match existing. Repaint the entire ceiling of the room approx. 4m x 4m. (not just the repaired section)
