1. Install Roof Insulation (Alfresco Area 5mx4m) Install supplied insulation in the alfresco roof area. Use any leftover material to top up insulation above the glass sliding door/living room. Access via roof space. 2. Replace Existing Gutter (Approx. 5 m Section) Remove and replace around 5 m of existing guttering with a larger-capacity 175 mm Quad gutter with overflow slots, colour Surfmist. Ensure proper fall (>25mm) towards the downpipe and secure all fixings for good drainage. 3. Fix Water Overflow – Alfresco Corner Remove roof sheets as needed to inspect possible water overflow above the alfresco corner. Remove debris and adjust roof sheet as required to prevent further water ingress. Install side-wall flashing all around the brickwork and roof sheets to stop water entering the cavity, then reinstate roof sheets securely. 4. Re-secure Front Elevation Flashing (Behind Front of House) Seal and fix the loose front brick elevation flashing located between the top of the brickwork and the box gutter. Flashing is currently lifting and needs to be re-anchored to prevent wind noise. 5. Investigate and Stop Roof Tapping Noise (Master Bedroom) During strong winds, a tapping noise occurs above the first east-side window in the master bedroom. Lift roof sheets and Anticon insulation to inspect. Add or tighten fixings to battens/joists as needed, and re-secure sheets properly to eliminate the noise. Flexible timing in the next few weeks. I have existing insulation to use. You will need to supply the new gutter and fixings. Have marked the first photo in red with the areas of work required.

Require 2m gutter and down pipe replacement.

Bottom of down pipe damaged. Need a small piece to replace it. The size is 102mm x 48mm. Or you may have a whole piece of downpipe to replace it. (Beige)

We have a 2 story house located in Applecross. I would like someone to clean our gutters. Ideally if they can be done Thursday or Friday while the weather is good. I paid $200 previously for this service so would like to keep it the same. Most of the debris should blow out. If the debris on the ground can also be cleaned (I can provide a blower vac if necessary).

Hopefully together we can get 2 coats around the house Approx 6-8 hours work Everything provided; paint, brushes, rollers, pots and ladders. - if we need extra I will nip to Bunnings. If you could bring an extra step ladder that would be handy. Experience not really required but would be a bonus.
