Roof and guetter inspection and repair.

There are 4 points I want to silicone to avoid gutter leaks. I have the silicon gun, silicon and ladder. 3 points are low (a few steps up to ladder) 1 point is a bit higher (2nd photo).

I would like to replace a leaking, rusted downpipe.

Concrete slab above front porch: The concrete slab over the front porch has recently been re-rendered with an acrylic render. This needs to be sealed and waterproofed on the top, bottom and sides. Total area is approximately 10 square metres. Clean any loose material off top of slab. Apply primer. Apply 2 coats of membrane paint to seal and waterproof the render. Apply 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield (or similar) in cream, middle strip on sides is mission brown. Lintels and handrail: There are two lintels above the front porch, one lintel above the rear garage door and a steel or wrought iron handrail on the front porch. Sand surface rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. This may require a power tool (hand drill or angle grinder) with wire wheel/brush attachments. Apply rust converter, such as Killrust Rust-Eeter or similar. Apply rust-inhibiting primer, such as Killrust Heavy Duty Primer or similar. Apply 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield (or similar) in mission brown. Lintel under front bedroom window: There is one galvanised iron lintel under the front bedroom window that has never been painted. Apply metal primer. Apply two coats of Dulux Weathershield (or similar) in mission brown. Guttering: The guttering around the house and the rear of the garage is badly stained Colorbond. There are also four downpipes, but these are generally clean. Clean any moss and loose surface dirt. Apply two coats of Dulux Weathershield (or something else appropriate) in mission brown. Eaves: The eaves around the house and the rear of the garage look like they've never been painted. Clean eaves. Apply two coats of Dulux Weathershield (or similar) in off-white, low-sheen finish. Woodwork: The woodwork at the rear of the house is badly weathered. This includes the vertical wood panelling above the sliding glass doors and window, and other framework. Sand back. Apply wood primer. Apply 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield (or similar) in mission brown.

Install one sheet of metal roofing( kliplock or trim deck) Fascia and gutter

Supply and install a gutter on the fascia of rebuilt balcony, and connect into existing downpipe, approx 8Lm

I need someone to connect a gutter drain to a new drainpipe to allow the water to flow into another gutter. I do not have any of the materials.

Install a small white square gutter underneath the balcony to collect rainwater. This is to protect the wooden doors below from rotting. Total length is 9.6m combined.

Fix a sagging gutter and replace/ cover a couple of roof sheets. We have spare roof sheets on site but nothing else to accompany it... could be something else to do too, not 100% sure. minor Leaks are on some of the perimeter of a flat roof. Hello, I have a rainwater tank and pump that are in place and need to be connected to the gutter with a down pipe. Located within a few metres of stormwater pipe that discharges at street - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 9 October 2022

Drill holes in concrete driveway & fix bolts with Chemset bolts & tighten ramps in place. There are 5 or 6 ramps with say 2 holes each. I have all the Prochem Set kit & drill bit & drill if needed.

A 15-meter length of gutter isn't draining properly and overflows. I would like to have it realigned and also have a leaf guard installed over it. Can't add this to the 'budget' box as I don't know the cost of them. Also, my budget is flexible. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 8 April 2022

Roof retiled & gutters replaced unfortunately the gutter along the front of the house (9m) over flows during med-heavy rain. Not only is it a nuisance entering and leaving the house when it's raining but it has damaged the verandah ceiling. There is also a minor leak above the Switch board; which I would like investigated at the same time. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 3rd Nov 2021
