Remove mould from underside of eaves, then paint the area. Treat for termites and waterproof facher boards. Cap facher boards. Complete for all four corners of house. *Note an extension ladder would be needed.

-Need approx 50 pittosporum trees 3m-4m high, cut down to approx half their current height. Around 35 of the trees are on the fence line, you will have access to my neighbours driveways which run along the fence line for easier access. Around 10 of the trees are in close proximity to a shed, there is confined working space to access those trees. -No further pruning required on the pittosporums required beyond lowering their height (cutting the tops off). -6 dead trees, all under 2m tall, to be cut down to the stump -Dead leaves removed from a tree that is approx 4m tall. -Removal of all green waste ACCESS: -Access to my backyard is through the carport, which has a 90cm wide gate. The staircase down to the backyard is 75cm wide in some places. -You will have access to the neighbours' driveways if it makes it easier for you to cut the trees along my fence line Obviously not expecting the task to be done for $5.
